Drove Ely to Moab. Not much to write about. Plenty of long straight roads. Hwy 50 to Hwy 70 and then dropping down into Moab from the north (we usually take the southern route).
We did stop for a late lunch on a gorgeous view spot just as the topography was changing.
Meanwhile, Ernie was driving from the Grand Canyon, while Landon was driving down from Oregon and Adalto was driving west from Denver. Fun fact: Adalto and Landon, having never seen each other, spotted each other on the road! How cool is that?
Everybody found there way to the camp site. We got all set up, had dinner and cocktails and determined where we were going to go ride tomorrow.
